On November 18, Hokkaido University raised the Alert Level 1 (Restriction-Low) to Level 2 (Restriction-Medium) prescribed in the Hokkaido University Business Continuity Plan During Coronavirus Outbreak (BCP). \nThis is because the Hokkaido Government agreed to implement measures equivalent to stage 4 of the coronavirus alert level (http:\/\/www.pref.hokkaido.lg.jp\/ss\/ssa\/1117tsuikayousei.pdf<\/a>), and more and more people in Hokkaido University are infected with Coronavirus.<\/p>\n
