On May 16, in response to the announcement of the “State of Emergency” by the Hokkaido Government, Hokkaido University has raised the Alert Level 2 (Restriction-Medium) to Level 3 (Restriction-High) prescribed in the Hokkaido University Business Continuity Plan During Coronavirus Outbreak (BCP)

Specific countermeasures on Alert Level 3 have been already instructed to all faculty members, so please follow the instructions of your supervisors.

We appreciate your continued understanding and cooperation to prevent the spread of infection such as wearing a mask, hand washing, avoiding the 3Cs (confined spaces/crowded places/close contact), and avoiding eating, karaoke, etc. in large groups, not only when you are on Campus but also outside of the Campus.
