This is in response to the lifting of the “Special Measures During Autumn Holiday Season” requested from the Hokkaido Government on October 31.

As to specific countermeasures on Alert Level 1, please follow the instructions of your supervisors.

Although the number of new COVID-19 cases in Japan has been decreasing, we appreciate your continued understanding and cooperation to prevent the spread of infection such as wearing a mask, hand washing, avoiding the 3Cs (confined spaces/crowded places/close contact), eating in silence, not only when you are on Campus but also outside of the Campus.
