Hokkaido University has established the Hokkaido University’s Business Continuity Plan to prevent the spread of infection of COVID-19 (BCP) and raised the level 2 to level 3. In response to level 2, the “Message about preventing the spread of infection of COVID-19 from the Dean of the Graduate School of Life Science” was issued on April 14, but at level 3, further restrictions are required.
We encourage you to read the “Measures to be taken with the increase in Level 3 in the Hokkaido University’s Business Continuity Plan” that was announced on April 21.

The Graduate School of Life Science also follows accordingly. In particular, the research activities will be considerably restricted. Please follow the instructions of your supervisor. We will contact you later about how to take the classes, but basically, there will be online classes only.
